Challenges & Solutions
During the soil investigation stage, low resistance (SPT) was identified. The solution was an adapted structural design, ensuring safety and cost efficiency without compromising deadlines.
Results & Construction Management
Although the contract allowed for 12 months of construction, we successfully completed the project in 11 months, aligning with the client’s financial flow while maintaining quality and preventing budget deviations.
